After weeks of planning a CWC tourism marketing roadshow and presenting a formal proposal to the CWC DMO, Joan-Anne Harris a board member of the DMO, has been given the go ahead to visit chosen cities in the USA to market our beautiful part of the world and our fantastic products and services.When asked where the funds were going to come from to finance the trip she replied, "The trip will be self-funded to an extent of more than 80%. We have invited all the companies from the Overstrand to participate in the roadshow and have had an overwhelming response." Joan-Anne went on to say that, "Each company wishing to take part will be charged according to which category they fall in, thereby making it quite an affordable exercise. "We have already had confirmation from companies in Stanford, Hermanus and Gansbaai." Joan-Anne went on to say.
Cities Joan-Anne will be visiting are:
New York, Washington DC, Boston, Miami, Chicago, Houston, Atlanta and San Francisco.
